The process is very fast. From initial consultation and contract signing to a fully prepared and published listing usually takes just 2-5 business days. The duration depends on whether we need to organize a professional photo session.

Currently, we actively provide short-term rental management services in the largest Lithuanian cities and resorts: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Palanga. In these locations, we have reliable cleaning teams and know the market specifics well.

Our full management service includes everything: property preparation (photos, descriptions), listing placement and optimization, dynamic pricing, constant communication with guests, their check-in and check-out, cleaning organization, hygiene supplies replenishment, and monthly reports. You won't need to worry about absolutely anything.

Yes, for short-term rental, the property must be fully furnished and ready for living. This includes furniture, working appliances, kitchen items (dishes, utensils), internet connection. We take care of hotel-level textiles (bedding, towels) and hygiene supplies.

We place your property on the most popular and highest-traffic platforms such as 'Airbnb' and 'Booking.com'. If needed, we can also use other local channels to achieve maximum occupancy.

Earnings depend on many factors: city, property location, its size, furnishing quality, and seasonality. Contact us and we'll evaluate your property and market situation to provide a preliminary income forecast.

Our standard commission fee is 20% of the revenue received from rental platforms (minus their fees). This fee covers all our management services. Cleaning services are charged separately and their price depends on the property size.

You'll receive payments once a month. At the end of the month, we provide you with a detailed report showing occupancy, revenue received, and expenses (our commission fee, cleaning costs). Then we transfer the money to your specified bank account.

The property owner is responsible for paying utility bills (electricity, water, heating) and internet. These expenses are not included in our commission fee.

We provide all reports and documents needed for your accounting, but the property owner is responsible for calculating and paying taxes (e.g., Personal Income Tax). If needed, we can recommend accountants who work in this field.

This is very rare, but we're prepared for it. First, we try to recover damages directly from the guest through the rental platform. 'Airbnb' offers 'AirCover' protection for hosts that covers certain damages. Additionally, we always recommend owners to have valid property insurance.

Yes. Although we aim for maximum occupancy, we also care about your property's security. We pay attention to guest profiles, previous reviews, and communication style. We reject suspicious or inappropriate requests.

We have reliable cleaning partner teams in each city. As soon as a guest checks out, cleaners receive a notification and arrive to clean the property to the highest standards. They change bedding, towels, replenish hygiene supplies, and prepare the property for the next guest.

We take care of minor issues and maintenance work. When needed, we change light bulbs or perform other small tasks. For larger issues (e.g., broken appliances), we immediately inform you and coordinate calling specialists.
